Ordering and Payment

Browse our shop page, select your desired wedding favors (e.g., keychains, coasters, wallets), choose your personalization options (e.g., Standard or BeyondTheDay style, Design Suite like Chic Whimsy), and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with the details.
We accept payments via Helcim, including major credit and debit cards. All payments are securely processed, and we do not store your payment information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Since our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us at sherrill@ivoryandscript.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation. After this period, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Bulk Discounts

Add the required number of eligible wedding favors to your cart (e.g., 50–99 units for BRIDELOVE10, 100+ units for BRIDELOVE15). At checkout, enter the appropriate coupon code to apply your discount (10% off with BRIDELOVE10, 15% off with BRIDELOVE15). See our Bulk Discounts for Brides page for full details.
Yes, bulk discounts do not apply to the Wedding Favor Sample Set or Coaster Sets. All other wedding favors are eligible. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
No, only one coupon code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Provide the required details (e.g., names, wedding date). We’ll create your item based on the information you provide, so please double-check for accuracy before submitting your order.
All personalized items are made to order and typically take 5–7 business days to produce before shipping. This timeline may vary depending on order volume or the complexity of personalization. We’ll provide an estimated production time in your order confirmation email.

Shipping and Delivery

Total delivery time includes production time (approximately 5–7 business days) plus shipping time, which varies based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Please plan accordingly for your wedding timeline.

Returns and Refunds

Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., wrong Design Suite). Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
